Henriko PrinslooDirector

Henriko is an ambitious and dynamic admitted attorney with professionalism and impeccable client service as the backbone of the firm, Prinsloo Attorneys Incorporated. There are various aspects on which Prinsloo Attorneys Incorporated is founded on, mainly Henriko’s ambition to manage Prinsloo Attorneys Incorporated to become one of the leading attorney’s firms with regards to professional advice and unsurpassed service to clients. Notwithstanding this, Henriko’s personal relationship with his clients and his attention to detail are not negotiable.

Although Henriko has been practising law for close to 11 years, he was admitted as an attorney in 2011. Henriko also has right of appearance in the Magistrate’s Courts as well as all High Courts of South Africa. Henriko obtained his Bachelors of Law (LLB) Degree in 2011 and proceeded to open the doors of Prinsloo Attorneys Incorporated in 2013.

Henriko’s professional outlook on the law and legal profession has acquired his firm with a reputation that is unsurpassed in the legal fraternity. Henriko also holds a Diploma with the Association of Insolvency Practitioners of South Africa in Insolvency Law and Insolvency Practice. Henriko is furthermore enrolling at the University of the Free State (UFS) in order to obtain a post graduate diploma in Financial Planning Law in 2016.

As director and partner of Prinsloo Attorneys Incorporated, Henriko manages the main branch for Prinsloo Attorneys Incorporated in Riviera, Pretoria, and also liaises with the Johannesburg branch in Rosebank on a daily basis.

His strive for excellence is what makes Prinsloo Attorneys Incorporated successful and a highly reputable firm, delivering legal services and advice to clients all over the country.

Frikkie Van EdenDirector

Frikkie is director and head of our real estate/property department.

He has extensive experience in and a passion for all things property. He has headed up the real estate department for Potgieters Inc for the last 8 years and joined Prinsloo Attorneys in 2014. Furthering his passion for property he also heads up, as principal agent, a dynamic team of estate agents.

Frikkie also has a love for sport and is very keen on regular frustration on the golf course.

MEET THE TEAM

Le-Zijl Britz Professional Assistant

Le-Zijl holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of North West Potchefstroom (NWU). She is admitted as an attorney of the North Gauteng High Court, Pretoria.

Le-Zijl completed her articles in Pretoria at a general law firm where after she was employed by Prinsloo Attorneys. She is very knowledgeable, diligent and has an interest in general commercial/corporate law as well as contractual law.

Le-Zijl’s experience includes drafting of contracts, legal advice as well as High Court and Magistrates Court litigation. She is what you’d call a stalwart in the firm and her professionalism and client liaison knows no boundaries.

Albert De Wet Candidate Attorney

Albert was born and bred in Pretoria. He is currently a final year LLB student at UNISA who is serving his period of articled clerkship with Prinsloo Attorneys Incorporated.

Albert is immensely passionate about commercial law and property law. Having gained invaluable experience in, among others, conveyancing law, estate planning and winding up, commercial- and property law based litigation such as consumer protection related matters, eviction applications, access applications, commercial interdicts and contract law based claims, it is apparent that Albert and Prinsloo Attorneys Incorporated were bound to cross paths.

Anton Van ZylConveyancing Paralegal

Anton provides professional assistance to Mr. van Eeden in the conveyancing department. He attends to all the administrative responsibilities of the conveyancing department and ensuring that all transfers are done effectively and in the shortest possible time.

Anton completed his LLB degree from the University of Pretoria.

Danielle HarringtonAdministrative Manager

Danielle’s position is crucial in terms of the daily running of the firm’s administrative duties, assist with daily administration and filing duties. She is also responsible for the preparation of the firm’s monthly financial fees schedule.

Danielle is also working with daily walk in clients in reception to ensure a professional welcoming environment.

Enslin BrownMessenger

Enslin is the firm’s messenger and his primary duties include the transportation and timeous delivery of documents, general court filing duties and other as required in the daily running of the business.

Enslin’s knowledge of Gauteng and surrounding areas is impeccable to ensure deliveries, filing of documents and other services in respect of the day to day duties of a messenger.

Betty MahlanguReceptionist and Admin Clerk

Betty’s position is crucial in terms of the daily running of the firm’s administrative duties, assist with daily administration and filing duties.

Betty is also working with daily walk in clients in reception to ensure a professional welcoming environment.
